My year as Miss Placentia has been an exciting one to say the
least. From the evening that I was crowned it has
been one adventure after another, literally! The day following the Miss
Placentia/Yorba Linda 2010 pageant I had the opportunity to spend time
with Miss California 2009, Kristy Cavinder, and Miss America 2009, Katie

This
past year one lucky girl was crowned the first Miss Yorba Linda since
1981, and from that moment on her life has changed forever. I still look
back and cannot believe that girl was me. I'm sure I could tell you all
of the wonderful and exciting immunity activities that I was fortunate
to have participated in over the last year. But, while I treasure all of
the experiences, there were other aspects of this program that had a
profound impact on my life ....
