Thank you Lauren Howard, Miss Placentia 2007
Lauren Howard, Miss Placentia 2007 had a very busy year. In
the beginning of the year there were Chamber mixers where
contestants were introduced to sponsors. In Early spring
Lauren hosted Eggcitement, an annual pancake breakfast and egg
hunt for local youth put on by the City and Placentia Rotary.
Later in
the spring Lauren was featured at the annual State of the City
breakfast and began her preparation for Miss California
competition. While up in Fresno, Lauren (Mary Kathryn Gallagher)
rocked the house in Friday night's talent competition and
made us all proud.
She helped the Placentia Chamber of Commerce host several mixers and ribbon cuttings. She hosted Concerts in the Park every week during the summer and still found time to ham it up at Disneyland and help promote the Chamber's largest annual fundraiser, our "Ultimate Golf Tournament."
